A very sweet lady, Angel, was working the front counter again today. She was also there last week when I'd stopped in between my two jobs. I'd gotten some worrisome news about a close family member's health that day. Needless to say, I'd come in all kinds of stressed out, states away from my family member. But Angel! ... she was just 100% sweet & nice as can be. Sometimes it's the small things that can make or break our days ... It was great to see her again today! She was just as sweet as can be again today!Btw, my family member is recovering & will be fine. And, Angel had no idea how stressed I was or what was going on, but she was just so very sweet & kind that day AND today, too!

They still have the inside closed, probably due to lack of workers? Famous bowl was not good today. The popcorn chicken they put in it was hard, inedible strips of overcooked breading. I took out almost all of it. Definitely felt ripped off :(

We went through the drive thru.Chicken was delicious, and the new chicken nuggets are the best.Our biscuits were hard. We couldn't eat them.
The food quality has suffered greatly. They took away popcorn chicken that you could buy a large box four $5. So they could add their nuggets that you get around 5 for $8. The nuggets isn't worth what you pay for them. The pop corn chicken was a better value for your money. A box of popcorn chicken would fill a person up and was ready to eat.

Went there tonight and got a number one combo and two extra chicken legs. I asked for the manager cause I thought I was over charged for the chicken legs and she was really rude as usual and got smart and said no you didn't get over charged. Two chicken legs costed us $6.99. What a freaking rip off and since she was rude to me I asked her if it comes with Vaseline cause they stick it to you. We are done with that place and the sorry woman manager. 12-01-2023 at 4:58 pm. And by the way the lobby was nasty

Way under staff.Only 2 people: one working the window and front counter and 1 doing all the cooking ?. They did a fantastic job with just 2 people. I'm telling you, they did more and faster than I have seen 6 people halfway working and not caring. These 2 cared. Awesome ? ? ? job, guys.

Spent 30 minutes waiting for my food and drive-thru. Had a line wrapped around the building. The lady was taking orders for the front counter and for drive-thru. I guess they really needing help. The KFC in Cookeville Tennessee does not choose to open up their buffet anymore. That owner needs to close it and let somebody else run it if they don't want to run it right.

This KFC was so disappointing. The fries were cold and dripping in grease, and the chicken was tough. We went there around 8 CST, and still expected food would be available. Not so. After waiting about 30 minutes to pay for our order and to pick it up, having cold food to eat was disgusting.

Absolutely horrible service she didn’t even give me my drink. They were not busy she kept walking away couldn’t ask her about my drink just gave up. Nuggets were over cooked.

Ordered through the app, suppose to be ready by 7:05. Twenty minutes later I walk out without part of my order because they don't have any chicken wings cooked. Could not get a refund because I ordered through the app. Management at this restaurant has no idea what theyre doing.
