Shared a delicious meal with family. This establishment was comfortable and friendly. The food was delicious. I ordered the seven peppered steak salad with ranch, and loaded mashed potatoes. The food fare was “Fire.” ?We also had an appetizer of chicken bites and bread. I have to say the food here was absolutely amazing. Our service name was Alex.?He was very accommodating and gracious, and should be moving up the management ladder shortly if I was the executive manager due to his hostess capabilities and friendly chatter/banter, and southern hospitality. A good every once and a while dinner place for a large family (party of seven). Steak was cooked medium rare to perfection. Our waitress was on point with all things and had a delightful personality. Kid specific food was at an equal quality to adult offerings which is nice because the price warrants that. Their allergen menu is in depth and unlike most other steakhouses, the steak is able to be eaten as ordered for dairy free people. Not sure if it is separate enough for those that worry about cross contamination. All together a pretty delightful experience. And I stress again... they understood how to cook medium rare.Dietary restrictions: Good dairy free menu.Kid-friendliness: High quality food offering and the steak is almost as big as the 6oz sirloin on the adult menu.

Food allergy was shared when orders were taken. However, food was still served with the allergen present. Excuses were made. Care should have been taken. Family meal was cut short due to reaction.When we identified and questioned the presence of the allergen, the waitress admitted she didn't know anything about the food or how it was prepared. The gentleman who presented as the manager made excuses about how the allergen was kept right next to other foods in the food prep area.Such a disappointment.Dietary restrictions: Careless in regard to food allergens.
