This place is a hidden gem! Delicious food and super friendly staff. Definitely a pleasure to dine at Nick's!Kid-friendliness: Lots of children of all ages dining when we were there. Very family friendly atmosphere.

Was really disappointed in the food. Prime rib was awful, stringy, gristly without any seasoning or taste. Couldn't cut it with the steak knife, took it home to the dogs. $11.95 for Caesar salads that were nothing but a pile of dry lettuce with a couple of croutons. Seriously??? Had this not been a birthday meal for my Granddaughter and her friends, I would have pitched a fit!!! Brussels sprouts were delicious. Server was good, but will not spend that kind of money for that kind of food again. A real shame; this used to be our "special" place, but no more!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Diff

I worked as a waiter here when I was 17, back in 1977. Nick Philson was the owner, but it was called El Toro Steakhouse back in those days. Nick fired me the first time I had a schedule conflict with a university requirement. He was not well-liked. He is surely gone now; he was old even then.
