I was so disappointed in eating there there prices jumped up. And the food was tasted less..no flavor at all everything tasted like it had been water down.will not eat there anymore until the owners change the way the food tastes..

Usually love the food they did not have sweet fire chicken so I got firecracker shrimp. It was so hot I could not eat it. They did not offer to get me anything else, stuck with a $10 meal I could not eat! Sat and watched my husband eat lunch.

We usually have a pretty good experience with this establishment however tonight was just absolutely unacceptable. It started off with being rudely told that it would be a 10 minute wait if I ordered the super greens side- I stated I wasn’t willing to wait so I changed my side option. I then proceeded to have to wait 20 minutes in the Togo parking for the orange chicken (no wait was ever mentioned of this.) I had gone inside to just cancel the order after 20 minutes of waiting only to see that my food (I saw it sitting on the counter from the parking lot) had been just sitting on the counter getting cold. The employees were all VERY unprofessional the food was mediocre the service was absolutely terrible and the attitudes of your workers should definitely be better. I’m so disappointed. We got home w our food only to discover we got what looks to be the bottom of the barrel w both meals that we ordered.. so now I’m just confused as to if they were just being lazy or if we really had to wait on food… tried to call and speak w a manager but was hung up on. Very professional! Not. :/

The only decent "Chinese" food you can get around here.
Spending $8 for four eggs rolls, $8 for wontons, and $8 for Apple rolls only to receive all of it burnt I think is ridiculous. Honey Walnut shrimp was good. Would've been 5 stars had the wontons, egg rolls, and apple rolls not been burnt.
