This is probably the best Papa John’s in the states. Every single person that works there smiles and greets you with the most respect. Especially the two very nice ladies that run behind the counter. I would never dream of eating Pizza from anywhere but here!
Two kids barely 15 years old, working the register and telling me that my pizza is not ready, even though the app said it is ready. They just shut me down immediately. So I’m trying to ask about my pizza again and they tell me to go to the back of the line even though I have been there for 15 minutes now. They told me that’s gonna take 30 minutes before my pizza is actually done; then I ask if I order it right here right now at the register how long is it gonna take and they say two hours? I would really like for manager to address this issue because I would love to tell him more about these two idiots working the register tonight.
