We ordered beef pho, chicken pho, veggie pho, spicy pho, pork buns, pork banh mi, veggie spring rolls, iced coffees and it was all incredible! A great stop to make on the way back from hiking! Big portions at very affordable prices. The service was very quick!
My wife and I have travelled all over and had pho at all kinds of authentic places. My family makes pho regularly and it is hard to beat home cooked authentic pho. I say this to emphasize how good this place was when we passed through Cookeville. 10/10 stars. For our next and upcoming road trip through Tennessee this is now a destination spot for us.

Hidden gem! I've tried Pho from all around the globe (I travel for work) and this place makes my top 5. I live in the bay area (California) and have access to many excellent Pho restaurants, yet this place stands out. The Pho broth is excellent and there's a good amount of meat as well.Will make this place a must stop if i'm ever back in the area.
