Traveling thru Cookeville and stopped in for coffee and açaí bowl. One of the best açaí bowls we’ve had. Açaí not too sweet with generous toppings of fresh berries, and delicious granola. Efficient and friendly service.

the bagel I had was absolutely DELICIOUS !! I would leave 5 stars but the iced oat milk latte I had just tasted like a black coffee on ice with no flavor ? for almost 7$ I wasn't pleased but the food was so delicious it def made up for it !! I recommend the avo bagel

This place takes "college town coffee shop" to a new level. The plain coffee is overpriced, slightly burned, basic drip coffee with some labels. Food (chicken salad on a croissant + avocado) was decent and priced about right.The atmosphere evokes "pretentious starving college student". The entire place is very clean and orderly, which is a definite plus. The music is generic, but not distractingly loud.The staff is pleasant but aloof. As other reviewers have mentioned, they place your cup on the counter in front of you with your mixers of choice. An awkward stare down occurred when I was unsure what I was expected to do.Dietary restrictions: I requested the croissant be separate from the chicken salad, which they accommodated.Kid-friendliness: While I did not visit with my child(ren), I wouldn't recommend this place for children under 10. The atmosphere is more "sit quietly" than younger children can tolerate. The food choices also won't fit the bill for small, messy hands.

Busy little place, easily recognizable as a college town. Atmosphere reminded us of Asheville, sort of stuffy. Staff seemed to be over the crowd and not really interested in joviality. Coffee was great. I enjoyed a frappe with a banana pound cake dessert.

I took cappuccino and one of my friends took Cuban coffee.They mixed the perfect amount of coffee with milk. The coffee was freshly grind, you could tell from the aroma.
Husband and I got the Fireside latte, and we both loved it. I got mine cold, and he ordered his hot, both delicious.I ordered the Avo Bagel, and it was a total flavor bomb in my mouth. The herb cream cheese is delicious! The seasoning on the bagel and all the other flavors mixed well. My husband ordered a plain bagel with herb cream cheese, and he was so satisfied. That cream cheese makes all the difference!Service was great!
