One of the best meals I've ever had!Highly recommend the Shrimp Rangoon (you'll never go back to your old place, they're dish is very sweet)!Also recommend the Beef Salad. The sliced beef is juicy and very tender.The staff is also very friendly, and attentive. Will be coming back for seconds!

I've been going here at least once a week for the past month or so. I go in between classes and it's always been amazing. Getting to know how the restaurant functions can be hard, so I'll write down how it works below!Service is great, it doesn't function as your usual restaurant, but I personally believe it's better. When you walk in you can pick either for here or to go. For here, you ask for either the menu or for food from the hot bar. The hot bar is amazing, cheaper, and has a pretty big selection. I've only tried the menu once, but it's more expensive than the hot bar, so I'd only recommend getting it if you want something specific off their menu.With the hot bar, you can just go up and ask for 1-3 items alongside free white rice or fried rice. I always only get one item, and it's perfectly enough for my lunch. Their fried rice is AMAZING! It's the best fried rice I have ever tasted!You can sit yourself wherever you want, and the place itself is always clean and neat.When you're done, they just take up your food and you're good to go! If you got food from the hot bar, you pay there. If you got it from the menu, they'll bring you your check.Everything I've ever had here has been great tasting. The place itself has so much charm and the people working here make it even better! They're so, so kind and make sure to get you whatever you need.Definitely a good place to try out!

I could not pick up food in person. Used door dash. Very plant based soup I requested tofu not real meat. I suggest Thai bistro to add in their website the option of non-spicy for people like me. I like milder than mild. Thank you.

Ended up ordering two plates bc of a misunderstanding I’m allergic to meat so I usually get vegan plates to avoid contamination they brought me noodles with hot water (really bad) and veggies and then I told them if I could get a vegan plate and it honestly was not great I would not recommend for vegetariansEnded up paying 38 for those two plates

I’ve had Thai food once ever before. We decided to order one thing from mostly every section of the menu to see what we liked the most. I noticed that some of the dishes are similar to Chinese food dishes. We’ve tried 1 Chinese restaurant in Cookeville and it was disgusting. So we thought hopefully Thai food would be better. Was I right on that idea! We loved every thing we ordered and even without the extra kick sauce it was still a tad spicy which I loved! That curry was amazing! We even ordered stuff we wouldn’t normally order and everything was delicious! We will definitely order from here again in a heartbeat!!!

Boast Rice Thai Bistro Cookeville TN this was some of the best Thai that we’ve had. I’m not sure why they have less than 200 followers.We were sat immediately & the service was fantastic.We ordered the $6.00 : Spring Roll (5 pc)• Deep fried vegetable wrapped in roll dough, served with Sweet & Sour Sauce.My friend Charity loved them, giving them a 10/10. I would have preferred them to be a little softer 9/10. The sweet & sour was delicious.We both ordered the #19 Pineapple Fried Rice• Choice of meat stir fried with Broccoli, Carrot, Cashew Nuts, Curry powder, Egg, Onion, Pineapple, Raisin, Salt, and Sugar.• $13.95: Sliced Beef or Sliced Chicken or Sliced Pork or Fried Tofu or Veggies• $14.95 : ShrimpI ordered mine with chicken & she ordered hers with beef. Both of them were very tender. They definitely do not let you go hungry here. We had so much food we have leftovers for lunch. We added the sweet & sour to the mixture.. what was good to begin now changed it to absolutely delicious.We will definitely be back!
