I recommend Hibachi Steak (mushrooms+steak) (cooked however you like rare-well done) or The Hibachi Salmon[it takes 15 min]. Yaki Soba (Noodles) is also amazing and you can get extra meat for $1 more per ounce or noodles or veggies intead or rice for $1 more on all the meals. + yummy fresh sweet tea every day. Sakura is The Best!

This is the best quality hibachi in Cookeville. The chicken and steak combo is my favorite. Other places load your plate with onions and celery which I don’t care for. With this plate you get carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms cooked perfectly. The sauce is the best I’ve had as well, not too salty or too sweet. I have an extremely sensitive stomach and digestive system and I am always pleased with the pleasant way it sits with me.
