I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived. The women working was very friendly. This restaurant is essentially a salad bar. It is not fancy. They have only the basic salad toppings and basic salad dressings. They weigh your salad at the end. It is similar to a grocery store salad bar.

Great concept. It’s a build your own salad and pay by the pound restaurant that is fairly priced. The quality of your salad depends on the ingredients you choose. My favorite thing about the place was how quick everything was. I probably made my salad, paid, and was out of there in under 5 minutes. Only complaint is there’s not a tremendous amount of topping options. There’s a decent amount, but I definitely found myself wanting more stuff like pickled okra or even some vegetarian topic options like tofu. But overall a great concept. I would go back.

Stopped in for some lunch while I was in Cookeville, working for the day. All the ingredients were fresh and everything looked appetizing. Their raspberry vinegarette is absolutely delicious. ?Only thing that would've made my salad better would be some grilled chicken. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town for a healthy lunch.

I had the best salad and sandwich today. The food was excellent and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The ranch dressing is out of this world and the fried pie reminded me of the ones my grandmother used to make.
