Kent smokes ALL the meat he serves… very few can say that! Our favorites are the sweet potato nachos, cowboy nachos and combo platter (the candied smoked pork sausage is SO GOOD) don’t forget to have Jake or Angela make you a cocktail - they make the best margaritas in town!“
“Stopped by on a recommendation. AMAZING!!!! Best BBQ we’ve had since we left Texas. We will be back. Tried The Bull (brisket) sandwich and the Banger (sausage) sandwich. Just the right amount of spice in the sausage. Both were juicy, great flavor, tender, not charred but cooked to perfection. Highly recommend swinging by this food truck as soon as you can!!“
