The blast was good! Problem was I ordered a large and got a medium. They didn't Inform me that would be medium at time of ordering.The Sonic by Walmart serves large blasts as well as Jamestown and Crossville.

Ordered a burger and fries. The fries were cold and hard. I talked to the person taking orders, and they apologized for the fries. However, when they brought out another order of fries , they were just as cold and hard as the first ones. I tried to make it clear over the speaker that I'm not trying to be difficult, as I understand how some people are when their food is wrong. Then, to be given, most likely, an order of fries from the exact same old batch was kind of ridiculous. I've been to this same location and had great experiences, so I don't know what the issue was, but it was very disappointing.

This review is for my daughter and granddaughter. They went to this sonic this evening , 3/5/24. They used two different speakers because my granddaughters order was complimented so she did hers separate from her moms. Both of the waitresses that brought them their orders was extremely rude and very impatient with them when they paid . Probably won’t be going back any time soon. If you work with the public you should be kind . You receive what you give .

Got a burger for my girlfriend and I've never seen hairs in food like this. It is literally like it is baked into the ground beef or something. This is ignorant and disgusting. Who in their right mind allows this to happen? Then when I call to complain the girl on the phone clearly acts like she's heard this before. Apparently they don't care about the cook lacing your food with multiple thick dark hairs. Then she tried to act like I should have told the manager. I told her no. That's something you should take up with your manager right now. I should have asked for the manager on the phone but what would that have done? They clearly do not care.

I always use the app an order ahead, but it’s always quick an the carhop’s are so sweet never had a bad experience at the one on Jackson.
The tomatoes tasted on the verge of being spoiled the bathroom had paper towels everywhere and puss all over the toilet and floor and the smell was nauseating definitely didn't want to eat after wordsParking: It's a drive out in so you get a slot and there sonic blast are great even though the last one I got didn't have much Reese's in it I was definitely shorted the other time they were excellent
My husband and I went went recently after taking a break because our orders were never correct, we just feel awful about saying anything...so we never said anything, when we decided it was time to try again, the only thing that was right was the RT44 ocean water, I love ocean waters so that makes me quite sad.

This Sonic has really gone down hill. I have had several bad experiences at this Sonic and took a break from even going at all. I give it another try and I see they are still doing the same stuff. Leaving things off my order and food is not fresh. I give up on this place.

All I ordered was a sweet tea, which is normally the first thing that I try at a sonic location. The car hop was super pleasant and quick to get my drink to my car. The part that I was really disappointed with is how unsweet this drink really is. Honestly, it kind of taste like dirty water with a little bit of sugar in it. Even Lipton makes better sweet tea in the bottles, super disappointed at this location
