Do not recommend this subway better yet to go to a different one in town there is a guy at this location super rude throws stuff no apology or nothing! Whenever he makes the food wrong and doesn't remake it the correct way! Definitely need a district manager or someone higher up phone number! Need to be looking at those cameras ? Also noone answers the phone at this location!

Me and my brother came in a little over an hour before closing. Right when we got to the door, the guy peeked his head out and yelled at us that they're closed. We had to turn around a go to a different location which did have better service ten fold.

Today 11/03/2023 when we came in around 4:36pm the first thing the guy working said "It's gonna take a while before I get to you" not even a hi or welcome, he then proceeded to yell if we have an online order which we did not. We waited until 5:05pm to get served. We were getting 3 subs and first thing I noticed was how he cut the bread, it looked like he just ripped it open. we ordered a simple meatball sub which he proceeded to add an absurd amount of sauce that just took over the whole sub with maybe only 4-5 meatballs on it (also he did charge me for the Boss which is 12.99 and has pepperoni and the fresh mozzarella. when for a simple meatball sub is 8.99. When I did call him out on how we didn't get the Boss he proceeded to tell me that's what they charge it as.) For all of the subs the guy just slapped on ingredients and didn't even try to make it somewhat decent. The guy just acted like he didn't want to be there at all and just simply didn't care. I would of added his name but he didn't have his name tag on. this is just bad business.

Went to this location for three full subs to take to football party. Female employee was rude , not friendly, let out a sigh and rolled her eyes when I ordered three subs. She should not be working with the public, I told her I didn't want to inconvenience her to have to make the sandwiches , left and went to Algood and the employee there was friendly. If manager or owner reads this, the girl with purple hair that worked Saturday afternoon 9/16 is terrible. Costing you business, very bad attitude.

I showed up 15 minutes before 10. They don't close till 11. The guy behind the counter is an odd white guy with glasses and a silver ring on his right hand. (Should have gotten his name) His first words were "we're about to close" I didn't say anything but no they weren't. Again. 11. He then proceeds to pretty much rush us through our two footlong orders like they were the most complicated annoying things to make all the while tapping his finger as if he's ready to get done with this or he's fed up with having to do this or something. He can't put a sandwich together. Grabs cookies after grabbing onions with the same gloves. Just do something about this guy. I can forgive the not changing gloves thing but his attitude towards the situation was terrible. This happened last night and I was gonna let it go but I just couldn't get it off my mind.

Stopped by yesterday and the guy working was a bit rude. Walked in and he immediately screamed “DO YOU HAVE A TO GO ORDER?” I was confused and he kept screaming same thing. When I said no he immediately asked what bread I want. Was trying to find where they posted the picture while he kept repeating what bread I want over and over. Was really rushing me even though no one else was there. Then when he made the sandwich the two inches of bread on both corners didn’t get a single ingredient. It’s really annoying when they don’t distribute the ingredients equally on the sandwich. It was all in the middle. When I asked for a little bit of ranch on it he put triple the normal amount. He really needs to work on his customer service skills. And sandwich making skills.

Don't know if Joshua was having a bad night or what but he was yelling at customers when we walked in that it would be a while before he got to us, and throwing things around. Huffing and puffing like we were bothering him for asking for an order. Our sandwiches were thrown together and he slammed the bread down so hard it started breaking apart. He could have been having a bad day watching the store by himself but it was very unprofessional.

Every flat bread sandwich was made sideways and a total mess. My wrap you couldn't even eat. Pick it up and it fell all over. Use the subway on Willow, got to be better than this one

Currently waiting curbside for 35 minutes after placing order over an hour ago. The order was missing 2 footlongs. They took my food back in and now nothing has came back out after 35 minutes. People are coming in, ordering, eating and leaving shaking thier heads bc I am still out here waiting. I call and I am rushed off the phone. I don't think it's unreasonable to be upset for waiting 35 minutes when it is almost 90 degrees for food you paid for.
