I've been here several times. On a couple of occasions, the servers weren't the best, but each time I've been back, the ones that do provide exceptional service are still there. The food is great. Rating service a 4 because I feel each place always has room to improve. The atmosphere is great and enjoyable. My favorite is the ribs and steak combo. Rattlesnake bites are fantastic. They have some tasty drinks too.Parking: There is plenty of parking depending on the time you go and day. A lot busier on Fridays through the weekend. Get there early before your arrival time if you do the wait list to get a good spot. There's extra parking behind the place, but the access is through Cheddars.

Never been completely ignored and left standing waiting. I used the app it screwed so we went in and got in the line then was told to go to ondeck 1 then stood there for 20 min while they seat party's that came in after us as we waited. May not be back thanks for screwing my birthday dinner.

I'm sharing for your learning. Not to complain as much. My parents took my son and girlfriend there about 8:00pm. They had a 30 minute wait, as they saw people after people get seated that came in afterwards. I knew you had the online reservation but my parents didn't. My dad needed to sit and had about 1 hour of energy as he has terminal cancer and probably weeks to live. He is trying his hardest to live each last day to the fullest. I feel you could have noticed your customer and see this man needed to get seated. The elderly do not know to do online so I feel you should take this in consideration. Old school folks won't know these things. The food was fine, just frustrated with the host etc not letting them know or identifying those 4 needed to be seated quicker.

I can't really review the food or the atmosphere because we never received our text message for our table. It was our 5 year anniversary so we decided to join the wait-list for a table. Wait was around 30-40 minutes. I was ok with that. But we never received the text for our table. Waited over an hour for it and it never came through. I'm not bashing this place because I'm sure it's good.if.i can ever get in to eat lol
Absolutely delicious. Come for the rolls and cinnamon butter alone. The fried pickles were great, and the potato skins were great. All the bites were delicious. Our waiter, Mike, was excellent. The BBQ chicken is surprisingly delicious if you’re not a steak person. The broccoli was not cooked well, even after a second attempt at cooking them. But I won’t count off because they’re a steakhouse, not a broccoli house.

The server broke a glass and it cut my leg had to go to urgent care to get them to pick the little pieces of glass out of my leg then the manager has the nerve to say oh well we got plenty of bandages ? I still haven’t heard from their claims dept to pay for my medical bill!

There is usually a line, but we never have to wait long. The place is huge inside and the food is always amazing. Staff was incredibly kind and service was very quick. The food was exceptional. We were well taken care of from start to finish.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of keto and gf options with steak, salmon, chicken, and veggies.Parking: If you get there during a busy time, you may have to drop off your party and hunt for a parking spot. It took me about 3 times around the parking lot to find one. There is a nearby Panera where you can park if TR is full.Kid-friendliness: Lots of noise already bc such a big place. You won't notice the kids everywhere.
