This is the 2nd bad experience in the past month the first time was door dash and I had to go all the way up to the store to get my entire order fixed and she threw it in the counter like it was my fault. This 2nd time I went to the drive through hoping it would be ok I have her my order and then she says something and I had to repeat the whole order again then I get to the first window and the girl at the window gives me my total $60 gets mad that I hand her a $100 bill counts my change out making weird noises the whole time then walks away with window open so I’m waiting for my receipt and each person that passed the open window I’m saying hey excuse me hey excuse and they just literally look at me like I’m crazy so I finally get somebody to give me my receipt by now I have a huge line behind me and I’m stressed. So I pull up to the next window and it’s just also open with a girl with her back to me so I look at my receipt and see there’s something added that I didn’t order so I say hey excuse me hey excuse me and she didn’t listen so I push my receipt into the window and say hello and she gives me a look again like I’m the one in the wrong and the girl who took my order comes over to fix it has to call her manager who then gets the worst attitude WITH ME BECAUSE THE GIRL AT THE WINDOW ADDED SOMETHING I DIDNT EVEN ORDER then the manager comes back and says here that’s exactly how much it cost and rudely gives me the money back and don’t even let me begin to start on how cold my food was when I finally got it. If u hate your job FIND A NEW ONE.

If you want your food to be incorrect or it not to be in the bag every single time, then this is the place for you or if you love little girls upfront yelling at you and giving you massive attitude because they don't comprehend what you're telling them you'd like on your order Then yes this is amazing place but if you actually would like something decent to eat and the correct way you like it do not go here nothing but children who can't handle what job. Absolutely pathetic

TLDR: extremely rude employees and bad customer service.Had a mobile order and walked in to pick it up. I wasn’t greeted and stood there. 3 more people show up and one lady got someone’s attention. The lady was told their iPad was down and the employee was extremely rude to the lady, and the lady understandably stormed out. Eventually an older lady, I’m assuming the manager, asked what we wanted and when we told her, she said "it’s BEEN done, why didn’t you say something?" And essentially tossed the food at us. Went down the street after this to the Pizza Hut and they were great. Get yourself a pizza instead of going here.

I ordered online e when I got there it looked like a high school/ young college kid play ground in back and not clean at all my food was cold and the baked potato was half cooked,the Chilli was just about refrigerator cold absolutely the worst wendys.....EVER they should take lessons from the Wendy's on Jefferson. I had to throw away half of it because my girlfriend didn't want it

Ordered the new Panko fish sandwich. What a disappointment!!! Absolutely no fish flavor, small dab of tartar sauce and last week's lettuce. NO THANK YOU, NEVER AGAIN!!!

I went through drive thru and order two double stacks, and when I took a bit the bun was stale and the meat was cold feeling. It was disgusting, and then when I take it back. They changed it and those buns were the same way and all I got was well I think the buns are just burnt on that side.... I did get my money back but that's the worst food I've ever had from a Wendy's!!! And it was dirty out and on the inside just gross.

Walk in for service as it is quicker than waiting in the ALWAYS present long drive thru line rivaling the Chick-fil-A experience shirt the outside helpers. Apparently, many people like the food served here.

The amount of times I have went through & ordered spicy nuggets & gotten regular nuggets is ridiculous. I can almost bet everytime that they’re going to be wrong & i don’t think to check until i’m home.
