The best sandwiches ever! Wish they had gluten free bread and the olive mix and hummus that some other locations offer. Not easy to find if you're from off campus--take the elevator to the ground level.

The big guy, I think his is Robert had amazing customer service and very nice. While I was there two managers were very unprofessional and started screaming in front of other customers. The mangers names were “Ethan” and “Cali” they made my experience very uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for Robert I would have given this place 1 star.

Eh, it's alright, I guess. I normally go there to get milkshakes, which are fine, but I'm generally not a fan of Subway-type restaurants.

The bigger lady making sandwiches was INCREDIBLY rude to other man making sandwiches (Hassan i think his name was). It was busy and he was going as fast as he could and the lady was yelling at him to make them faster. Incredibly disrespectful and probably embarrassing for the guy. Hope she learns a lesson about TEAMWORK. smh

i paid $10 for a sad greasy little philly cheese steak with no cheese :(

I wish the bread wasn't so crumbly

Same dude keeps forgetting the avocado or another ingredient that comes on the sandwich. Majority of the workers are rude, but it be how it be. Overpriced for a sandwich made wrong.

This sandwich shop just might be the best-kept secret in Cookeville. As of the date of this review, you can't even find it on the Which Wich app and it took me some effort to find it on the list of stores on their website. Which Wich Cookeville in fact can be eventually found with a little junior detective work. It is on the Tennessee Tech University campus housed within Roaden University Center. It is nestled in an out of the way corner in the same lower building level as the campus bookstore. For some unknown reason, the procedure for filling out your sandwich "order bag" at this location is different. Just go to the counter and the person there will help you. There are two types of order bags- favorites and build your own. Customizing is available on the favorites which is not well known. I wonder if in the past the order bags and marker pens were too much of a temptation to leave access to the student body at large? Which Wich offers three size sandwiches- 7" regular, 10" large, and 14" super. The super-size sandwich might be a good choice for sharing. You can also have your wich as a tortilla wrap or totally bread free with a lettuce wrap. Other reviewers commented about excessive wait times- I felt the wait for my wich was appropriate. Made fresh takes more time than pre-prepared and sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. I found that the sandwich makers are generous with the meats- so much that the veggies on my wich had hardly any space to call their own. In addition to sandwiches, Which Wich also offers green and pasta salads. I didn't try a salad this visit but the photos look good on their website. I did decide to try the house potato chips with my combo and I liked their just-right combination of salt and pepper toppings. In addition to soft drink favorites, Which Wich has sweet and unsweet teas and made to order real ice cream milkshakes in 7 flavors. Currently, orders are take-out only (due to COVID-19) and the chairs have been removed from around the tables in the store's dining area. This is not a huge problem as there is plenty of seating space in the commons area near the bookstore and there are tables outside if the weather is favorable This location is only open the same hours as the Roaden University Center building which means that they are closed on weekends. (Insert sad panda face emoji here). A true tragedy because the weekend is the perfect time to order the BrunchWich featuring a sunny side up egg and thick-cut bacon. Which Wich is a great alternative to "fried" fast food and each wich is made to order fresh. Give them a try when you have the Jones for a healthy meal that tastes great too.

Very good sandwiches, but they are pricey. I would recommend eating here only if you have the money to spare, but otherwise it's a very good experience!

Overrated and a bit over priced, wish there was a subway. Best bet to go to the caf or Chick-fil-A instead
