Service has gone downhill so badly. Came in for a salad and fries and they had 5 cars in drive through and only a handful of people inside and it took 9 minutes to get my food. The managers need to get it together and push times better. I've been coming less and less and I'll probably stop coming altogether soon enough.

I've tried Zaxby's several times, and it just doesn't have a lot of flavor. I don't like their sauce, and their ranch sauce has hardly any flavor to it. I'm not sure why so many people in the south like them, but they do.This time, the chicken was a little tough and stringy, and again, the ranch sauce had no flavor.

Alittle off the highway in a shopping center. Staff was friendly. For the price I could get a steak dinner with drink and 2 sides plus rolls at Logans for 2.00 less. If they are gonna charge these prices you should get more food! They also seemed to have switched containers so they are more shallow too. Cheapskates.Parking: Parking lot wasn't too bad. Easy to get in and out of. There is a light. Bigger vehicles can fit because there is a fairly empty shopping center parking lot behind zaxbys.

Stopped by at 3pm. Not busy. Waited on quickly. Order came up right away. Had French fries and buffalo garlic chicken wings. Both were good. Clean bathrooms.

Ok so I love Zaxby's and enjoy eating there. They have their Asian salad right now and every year I get their egg rolls that they say are vegetarian. I don't eat pork at all and most egg rolls have pork in them so this is always a treat. So today I went and got my egg rolls and the first couple of bites I could tell there was something different. It felt like I was chewing up meat. I pulled my egg roll apart and there were tiny little pieces of meat all through it. I opened the other one and the same thing. I am not posting this to be against Zaxby's because I enjoy it there and the service is great but if you are vegetarian looking for a snack don't get the egg rolls.
The fries were so salty that me and the person I was eating with had to throw them away. Please be more cautious about oversalting and the build up of salt on the bins.
April was fantastic! I mentioned my Mom’s dairy allergy when ordering and she made sure the kitchen staff was aware and changed gloves before preparing her salad. Good customer service is a true skill you don’t see very often, especially in fast food. I was extremely impressed!!!

I'm a CA import and there's no Zaxby's there, nor is there Chick-Fil-A (sorry if I got that wrong) so after trying the Holy Grail of Chick, I decided to try Zaxby's (as this seems to be a Very popular choice here). The wait via the drive thru was not long and the food traveled well enough (35 min ride home). Spicy chicken tenders for my hubby & a classic chicken sandwich for me. The chicken on the sandwich was heavily breaded, which isn't bad, it was just to much for me on a sandwich. The sandwich was .... okay. Other than the abundant breading, there was nothing significant about it. I did add more dill pickle to it at home. Hubby's spicy chicken was also okay. Nothing special about it. So although Zaxby's was good..... we'll probably stick with Popeye's.

I had 2 different orders to pick up on W Jackson Street in Cookeville Tennessee, aI went in to pick up I go to the counter and not 1 employee acknowledged me. They just turned their back to me and totally ingored me. This was really very upsetting a customer came up to ask a question they ingored her if this is the kind of service you want your employees to give you will not have a business in this town for long. I feel sorry for this business when I say everyone this is including management so if the manager is going to turn their back on customers the employees just follow. Just saying worst business ever
