I used to go there often but had several bad experiences. Thought I'd give it another try. I paid $29 for what turned out to be 12 dried up wings with hardly any meat on them. Really disappointing.

Best fast food and chicken spot in the area! Whoever owns this location needs to give Destinee a very nice raise, she made my day with her great attitude.

My favorite chicken tendersJust an update.I am very disappointed in the behavior of the workers here tonight at 830pm Sunday evening Aug 14th. The open sign is on so I go to the drive thru and wait a few minutes, no one gets me. I say hello and wait twice. I'm completely ignored. . I drive around and see people are inside eating and look on Google to see the closing time. It's not until 9pm. So I park to go inside and order. The worker inside sees me park my car and goes to the door and locks it before I can come in. The fact that they completely ignored me in the drive thru is ridiculous, if they closed early they could have just said that, but to have the audacity to walk up and lock the door on someone half an hour before closing is awful customer service and completely unacceptable. . I love the food but I'm completely disgusted with the disregard for customers at this location. I've worked in the food industry and treating people like that was never acceptable from the companies I worked for and it shouldn't be accepted here.

Although the location shown is in Cordova, TN I actually went to the Crosstown Concourse in Memphis, TN (Midtown area). The chicken was super juicy and I also enjoyed the fries and garlic bread. I chose the honey mustard as sauce and it didn't disappoint. I ordered a snack meal: 2 chicken tenders plus the sides mentioned above. I ate the other chicken tender the following morning and even microwaved less than 1 minute, it was still juicy. That says something.

Friendly folks, great food. Chicken Caesar salads, strips, both fried and grilled; all great.

I stopped here for the first time today. I got the Garden Salad with added chicken. The salad was decent. I’ve had better. But the chicken tenders were hot and fresh! I got a sweet tea as well and it was superb ? I gave it 4 stars because I feel like the salad should have been chopped instead of having big pieces of veggies in it. Customer service was friendly. And service was quick.

Good, but smaller portions for the price compared to all other chicken tender places.

Ordered using online app. from the Brandon, MS location and received text message indicating order was cancelled and charges would be returned to my account. That was April 30, 2022. I have sent numerous texts and an email but have not received a reply.Patsy Walters

Greetings was not good, chicken was salty, cold slaw was salty, toast was almost burned. No plans on returning.

Chicken was old, overcooked and dry; coleslaw had a strange and different spice and was not edible. Fries were old and cold. Not likely to return any time soon. Once a great place to enjoy chicken but when they changed the menu and raised the prices the quality went down

I have been eating Abners since I lived in Jxn, Ms. I ordered 10 grilled tenders and 3pc fried tender. The grilled tenders were COLD! As if they were pulled out refrigerator in placed in box. The fried tenders were too hard to eat. The garlic bread was two pieces of white hard bread with butter and 4 burnt marks. Abners use to be great but now its horrible. Total LOST for me was $29. This was the new location on corner of poplar and white station.

To whom it may concern. After reading a review in the Daily Memphian, my wife and I tried your establishment in Cordova. The place was clean but the food was another story. My wife had two chicken tacos that were served cold. I ordered the 3 piece meal with slaw. My chicken had little to no batter on it, don’t know if that’s how you prepare your chicken, and it was cold as well. The fries that came with my meal were cold as well. The slaw needs a lot of help. At the time, we were the only customers in the store so I can only assume everything must have been pre-cooked because it could not have been because they were busy. Even though we waited about 5 min. for our food I would have thought it was prepared after we ordered. Seemed to be warmed up. This may explain why we were the only customers there. I wish you all the success in the world, but I will not be back. There are other places in Memphis and surrounding areas that know how to prepare chicken.

I use to come here all the time, now they are kind of expensive for what you get. Also, to offer a cheap side (slaw) not everyone likes or eats with tenders is bogus. Changing a $1 extra for a normal tender side .(fries) ?.
