I ordered five kids chocolate steamer and all of them had spoiled milk, and the four salted Caramel cold brew tasted weird so when I try to return them in store the employee ignored me.
This experience occurs everytime i try to support this business. Literally pulled off. I was here for about 20min (being the only person at the window for some time Plus the guy at the window didn't even address me.) waiting on my matcha latte. For the drive-thru not to be jumping like Starbucks or Dunkins, your service is slower than they are with an actual line wrapped around the building on a good day. More than likely not returning. ?
