I just recently ordered a double whopper my meat smelled sour. I ate a small piece and it also tasted sour. Never again.

My 8yr old daughter loves burger King, She asked if we could stop here... We did she ordered a small fry that was tremendously cold. The total was 2.93ct... We paid 2 cash and the change portion in pennies. The manager who was extremely rude, loud and none professional,,,, Yelled out of the drive through window...U don't 50ct so loud and embarrassing.. To the point I was lost for words due to her unprofessional behavior not to mention the small fry was horrible and cold... I will never go here ever

It is Tues morning, Jan 23 at 6:30 am.The young lady working, I will guess that she is the manager, Is working by herself, because everyone called in. She took my order with manners, I was greeted with a smiling face and for my food piping hot and fresh.She is cooking, taking orders and serving.And had the most AMAZING attitude. HUGE shout-out to ma'am. You were handling business. I would've flipped those eggs for free. You deserve a BIG raise.For everyone reading this,Please be patient and don't forget your manners. They go further than what you realize.
BK is slightly hit and miss…. This time, the sandwich was good - but I ordered onion rings and got fries - and the fries were gross.Giving points on the hot and fresh chicken sandwich but taking points away for them fries!

Ordered my food via uber eats delivery it was cold I stay 1 mile away from the restaurant so the fact that it wasn't at least warm is Concerning.

I ordered 20 hamburgers to take away, because I had a party, the attention was immediate, and excellent service

Manager would rather sit outside and smoke her pot then deal with customers. Punk cook wants to get up and be a man because he ain't doing his job. But her can sure run his mouth. Worst excuse for a location period.

Drive thru employee rude. Sandwich made wrong, went in store to get sandwich remade. Employee started remaking the sandwich without Gloves! I was disgusted! Asked for manager and a full refund. Will not be returning.

I stopped at this particular Burger King twice and each time I was NOT impressed. The 1st trip,they had only Burgers no fries nothing but burgers soda. No fault of their own, the truck subsequently went to the wrong store but not even a week later, I order, asked the young lady at the window to ask if my double Whopper could be cut in half, AFTER she rolled her eyes, she asked the cook to cut my burger now the lip smacking head roller informed me, I had to wait on fries. After the 6 games of Ruzzle and 2 drive around, my order was finally ready. I received hot fries and an extra microwave hot double Whopper.... thanks for nothing. The drive to Olive Branch was longer than normal
