Happened to come on Karaoke Night, it was totally a great vibe. Food tasted pretty dang good, other than the crawfish that tasted a bit river-y, but I don't think that can be blamed on the restaurant but rather the nature of the shrimp. Other than that the boil was totally worth it, tasted very good, and they even provide bib, gloves, bags and all. Good food and you can definitely just pop in.

This was my second visit with my sorority sisters. The flavor was awesome and the service was good. Some complained that the drinks were weak but hey the name is The dancing crab not Dancing crabs and dope drinks. Establishment definitely needs a deep cleaning. I'd never go there on my own but if invited to celebrate something or someone one... it's fine.

Came for a late lunch. 2 for 1 happy hour drafts 12-6. King crab seasoning was awesome and the fried shrimp appetizer was really good. Will be back again.

Decided to try this place out since my normal seafood place was closed. We got the family feast ; it had a variety of shrimp, mussels, clams, crab, crawfish, sausage and even hard boil eggs in the tray. It was pretty salty for our family, not sure if we can change the salt content for this dish though. They did provide enough bibs, wipes and gloves though. I ordered the tray over the phone and they told me 20 minutes but I did have to wait when I arrived.

Roaches. That's all I have to say. We were here for less than 10 minutes and we saw three separate giant roaches. Absolutely not. Don't eat here. Don't drink here. This is not the place.

The food tasted steamed with some sort of sauce poured over it. The seafood had no flavor and I ordered the med sauce and it had absolutely no kick and it tasted like a lot of greasy butter.

This was our first time to The Dancing Crab. We came here to celebrate family birthdays and had a fantastic time! The Happy Hour was great and the food was amazing! We had the large Family boil, it was delicious and all the servers were attentive, helpful and fun! Thank you for a great experience.

So my wife and I tried the Dancing Crab on Saturday night. It was hectic, and all the staff was running hard. We were sat down in the back of the restaurant. Our server was named Dillon. A great server that works very hard with a smile on the whole time. I got three dozen oysters, and my wife ordered the family steam pot. All in all, it was a decent meal for the price. I really enjoyed the seasonings they used. The only drawback I found was the plastic spork they gave us to eat with? Crab crackers but no hard fork to separate the crab? Oh, and I wish they had sweet tea! I enjoyed the food and the experience. We will be back, but I will take my silverware.

We really enjoyed the larger family boil. Though they did forget the sausage but brought it right out! Only three stars though because their website is not up to date- especially since they changed happy hour from "all day " as on website to 4-6 and we got there at 6 Very attentive team there also.

I'll start by saying the food here is 5/5 stars. Service here was 2 stars. The restaurant is beautiful inside and out! With lots of space for parking and inside seating. The booths are extremely comfortable with enough room for everyone. Our servers name was Colleen I believe but I'm not sure, from when she came to our table she was not friendly, which is okay with me as long as I get my food and good, quick service! We ordered the grilled oysters (cooked medium) and calamari for an appetizer. We waited while we looked at the menu. Once we had a good look at the menu, we decided to order our entree which was the family meal, chicken tenders, and a side of fries. We waited for a while and our appetizers didn't get to our table. Our waitress didn't seem concerned about it either. Our entree came out and still no appetizers. We were debating on waiting for the appetizers but we were hungry so we started to eat. Our appetizers didn't get there until about 15 minutes later, when we were almost done eating our food. Our waitress didn't even apologize for the wait, she simply handed it to us with no words for it being so late. We really wanted to try the oysters so we did eat them. Our waitress also never refilled our drinks until we flagged her down cause we needed refills. She not once asked how everything was or even bother to take plates off the table (our table was filled with plates) she then offers us a free dessert if we "write a positive review" on google or yelp. I did do it on google because who's going to deny a free dessert, but I still wanted to share how my experience REALLY was. Aside from the service, the food was amazing and we left wanting to eat Cajun style seafood again! But maybe we will try a different place to see if the service is better. I would definitely give this place another try in the future. Beware: it gets messy! You are given gloves, bib, small trash can, and even wet wipes for when you're done. I wasn't aware of how messy it would get, which is why I wasn't able to take a picture of everything. The food was definitely worth it though!

Great food! First timers here and we had a great experience and great food. The decor is typical for a non chain crab boil type restaurant. It was around 3pm so we were seated immediately. The server was kind and prompt. The price for crab legs is at a premium currently so we saw signs informing people of the price increase. We ordering a variety of items because it was our first time here. Here's our list crawfish, shrimp, sausage, fried shrimp, fried fish, sweet potato fries, margaritas, and the Florida Libation. Whew! If I was to compare this place with other places like this in Orlando, I would say their sauce is ok, a little salty and not thick so constant dipping is needed. The juicy lemon sauce really didn't have any lemon flavor. The garlic was very apparent, even a day later... You get corn and potatoes with each boil type item, this is not included at some of the other places and fries are not included with the fried items. The prices across Orlando for these types of places are consistent, but each place has a different sauce. Everything was hot and fresh and came out quickly. Less salt and more lemon in the sauce is my constructive feedback.

This place was bomb!!!! We were driving by on a Friday night and decided to stop in and we are so happy we did! The food was so flavorful! Must get all the sauces combined for the boil it was fantastic! The fried shrimp as an appetizer also will not disappoint! Samantha was our waitress and she was great!

We've been to a number of this type restaurant and we felt this one was the best hands down. Good service and food was delicious.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointment for me. I ordered the Dancing Crab special, and I didn’t feel that it warranted the $29 (after taxes) that I paid for it. The special was a seafood boil that included 1/2 pound of crab legs, shrimp, sausage, corn, broccoli, a boiled egg and a potato. The seasoning was delicious, but the crab legs and potato hadn’t absorbed the seasoning at all. It tasted like they were boiled separately in plain or lightly salted water and then added to the seasoned “boil” liquid after the fact. I would advise the restaurant to slice or dice the potatoes before adding them so that they absorb some of the liquid seasoning whenever they are eventually added. It was just a bland potato that did not tie into the dish at all, and tasted like an afterthought or an obligatory ingredient. The meal was just okay-tasting and was heavily overpriced.
