Probably some of the absolute best chicken! The staff was so incredibly nice and it was an amazing first time experience. Next time we travel through Germantown we will definitely stop again.

First time here and it will definitely not be my last. Great Customer Service ?? Thanks to Jamie. She was very helpful and informative in suggestions to make sure we had the full experience and everything was perfect for the number of people that needed to be feed. The food was fresh and taste great. The restaurant was clean even the restroom ? which was a plus. It's a drive for me but I'm willing to make it. This is similar the Raising Cane's. It definitely satisfied and hit the spot. Night shift thank you for the excellent food and service.

Super small tenders AND they shorted me one. Called to complain and they were rushing me off the phone. Said they will give me an extra one on my next visit. It's not worth my time to go there again.

We were the only ones in there the whole time we were there. The lady who took our order was very mad at the world lol and seemed annoyed that we were in the restaurant at 11pm on Saturday. Also 60 cents for .5 oz (MAX) of ranch is crazy. The fries were fresh and great but the tenders were straight up cold. The board had their slogan of "fresh HOT food" flashing, but the food was cold.. poor advertisement if you ask me. The place was clean and nice, just a weird experience. The one off Dexter is definitely superior.

I wanted to try some chicken from here. They have orders to get a tender. It was hot and fresh. It was good. The drive-thru line was short, but it is good to go in. I appreciated the freshness since I waited a while. It is almost always better to go in.

Walked in at 2pm on Friday, yesterday. Was greeted by a snarling angry young lady who basically said she didn t care about us. Quickly, an older lady came from the back who rescued us. The older lady, Violet, was great. Apologized for the younger woman and took great care of us. I have been to a bunch of Guthries and friendly service is one of their hallmarks. Chicken better than any other finger place and that is all they serve, which is cool.
