OMG I had the most terrible experience. I ordered bar q nachos.. When I tell you it had to much pepper on my nachos.. I couldn’t even take a bite off of them. Yes I understand about the refund policy, I ask the lady can she please remake my nachos because it was so much pepper on them I couldn’t eat it.. SHE SAID NO!! NEXT TIME DO NOT ASK FOR THEM!! She was so rude to me! The worst customer service ever in my life! I will not be going back NEVER!!! I ask for a manager she tells me I’m sorry I’m the manager and laugh.

Google says that they close at 9 but at 8:20 an employee, who is very rude, told me that they would not accept my order because they were closed. He accused me of “demanding” he take my order when I asked for an exception after driving more than 30 minutes. The manager I spoke with was also rude and refused accept my order minutes after taking another couples order. I’ve never had this experience with the establishment before. I do not recommend this location. I give them 0/5 stars for the lack of empathy and terrible costumer service.

I really don't think no one loves slushies more than me,not even kids lol but this was the best one I have ever had.I have been to many cities getting slushies and to many slushy stands, every one I see I stop at and this one takes the cake.The server was a kind soul and kept a smile as well, but this slushy omg is a must have I will definitely come back.Parking: The parking is free and according to the business the restaurant is getting, the parking will be a little packed and hard to get.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly and there were so many children there and they were having fun bouncing off the walls lolWheelchair accessibility: Flat surface and there were some disabled people there that were in wheelchairs and was very safe

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This was the worst food experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a patty melt extra mayo w grilled onions and bbq sauce their menu states it comes on Texas toast just for them to give me a dry burger w no extra mayo raw onions and an overload of bbq sauce. I asked for a refund and I couldn’t get one they said they can remake it. If it’s nasty now why would I get it remade??? They don’t have a sign stating no refunds so I was really confused and irritated. We spent almost 40$ for dry food even the mozzarella sticks were nasty and dry. 0/10 recommend they need to bring back the original location on wells station because I never had a bad experience there but I will not and I repeat will not come back to this location EVER! Oh and my snow cone was melted when I got it. That was enough for me.
Love their burger combo with season fries. Pear snowball is the best!!!!

Jerry's always satisfies. The burger was a good size and the taste was significantly better than anything you'll get from a fast food chain restaurant. The lettuce, onion and tomato tasted fresh and crisp. I've had a few of their signature burgers which were all phenomenal. The fries don't have the starchy, frozen for a year flavor that some of these restaurants seem to increasingly have and the seasoning on them was plain but pleasant. The hot honey chicken tenders were great and drenched in the sauce. I'm not sure if they make the sauce in-house, but that would seem to be the case as it's sometimes spicier than other times. The macaroni and cheese bites are an absolute must every trip.I've never had their desserts but my kids all love everything they've had from Jerry's. They also have malts, which is great but I lack the discipline necessary to not fill up on the meals so I can't speak to their quality. On top of all of that, the meal in my posted picture was 27 dollars which is a great deal when compared with similar restaurants.The only negative about Jerry's is the atmosphere. Inside, you'll find cafeteria-style bench seats and tables, in fact a few too many for the space and they're frequently dirty. During slower periods, this is less of a problem but when busy, surfaces tend to be dirty. It isn't their fault that customers can be inconsiderate and dirty. Overall, I have enjoyed everything I've had from Jerry's and will continue to support this business.

I ordered chili cheese fries they’re pretty good. Also chicken tenders they’re big and tasty. And 2 supreme snowcones for like $20 always a pleasurable experience at Jerry’s.Kid-friendliness: Yk kids, they’re loud, curious, and walking around looking at stuff. The atmosphere is really friendly.

Great cheeseburgers and cheesy fries! way faster than the typical drive through burger places. The snow cones are not my thing but seem to attract a lot of others. The pricing is cheap! Half of What a burger! The servers have been very helpful and polite. Will go back!
