To go this time: bao tacos were exceptional, simple but can add herbs, cucumber spears, jalapeños to augment accordingly; the sauces accompanying, especially the orange/pink one with some spice, fantastic. Chicken vermicelli was good: basic, light; chicken grilled very well. Nothing mind-exploding, but a solid presentation. The seafood and vegetable was down right bad. The bok choy was slimy, the octopus tough, some of the vegetables were bitter enough that I suspected it was burned (or cooked in a pan that had had something burned in it). The shrimp were, well, shrimp. Nothing particularly redeeming here. This may all be due to the fact I got it to go, so I'm not knocking the rating from the 3 stars previously given. It's a delight to eat there: quiet, homey, the staff is (I can't use delightful; I hate puns) pleasant and accommodating. Will go back because the Scientist loves her some chicken vermicelli; I'm a huge bao taco fan, though it doesn't deliver a robust meal.

A hidden jem in Cordova!! First time visiting this restaurant. A Vietnamese friend recommended it to me!! We were a group of 4. Some of us ordered pho, the bang Mi sandwich and fried rice!! Everything was delicious! The sandwich (the short ribs) was really yummy. Bread super toasty. The fried rice was a big portion. 3 people could've eaten from that plate along! Also we had a soup. It was roast beef Banh Mi something. Can't remember the exact name but omg...so flavorful!! The service was decent. Only one waiter. But she really tried to be attentive and came and check many times on us!! I hope y'all give it a try!!

This is our go to Banh Mi place.The Honey Glazed Beed Banh Mi is my favorite. Light sweetness with a freshness in every bite because of the cucumber and mint. Finishing off with a spice when you bite into the Jalapeño. Just the right amount of flavor on a toasted roll about a foot long. Make sure to add the carrots and sauce to your sandwich.If you like coffee, make sure to get their cold brew with no condensed milk. It's a good kick in the palate to reset your taste buds. Also strong.

I drove 30 minutes to pick up an order. I got back, and the chicken smelled moldy, and there was a baby German roach in my noodles. I called for a refund and was told I needed to go 30 minutes back to the restaurant to get the refund. I refused to do that since I had already driven an hour there and back. They told me they would keep my phone number and make it right. I guess we'll see.

Food is amazing, atmosphere is nice and calm, perfect for a date. Got the vegetarian pho, really good and flavorful broth!! The place looks pretty clean to me (I work in food industry)! The service wasn't anything to write home about, but that's typical of family owned restaurants. Also, I'm here for the food... not white glove service. Great place and I'll definitely be eating here again!

Very authentic delicious food. The measure of any pho place is the broth and theirs was very good, flavorful, aromatic, and not greasy. Everything was very fresh. Only complaint was not enough meat for the portion, but only just.

The inside was decorated beautifully and was super cozy. The fried spring rolls were the best I have ever had in my life and the pho was amazing. The service was incredible and the waitress attended to us many times throughout our stay. Also, the bathrooms smelled amazing which I cannot say for most restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience and will be coming back.
