The absolute WORSE McDonalds in the city!! As I was waiting for my food, I watched this young lady lick her fingers while eating some French fries. Seconds later she comes to the window with my food in hand. I ask her if she washed her hands and she asked “what do you mean” all while having salt and crumbs around her mouth. I advised her that I watched her eat food and bring me my bag without washing her hands. Of course she acted as if I had no idea what I was saying. I am very disgusted with this location. I wouldn’t allow my dog to eat from them and I don’t even have a dog! How could you work in fast food and not wash your hands after eating? Please shut this location down!!

If you don't want to read all of this don't go to houston levee and macon mcdonald's,just got to highway 64,food will be fresh and better,also better customer service)!!!!I went through the drive the the boy sounded frustrate on the speaker,but i guess that's ok i can only imagine mcdonald's can stress you out if you let it. i went to the pickup window,the girl handed me a half sweet/unsweetened tea. i asked for half sweet half lemonade. she got the cup back and i'm putting my kids happy meal to the side when i turn around she is pouring half of the tea into the unsweetened tea thinking i didn't see her right in front of the window. My kids didn't get their apples that came with their happy meal.

Every time I go, the fries are always hot & fresh. Went around 1030pm on July 4th & the guy at the window said that all the kids never showed up for work. This man was running the ENTIRE mcdonald's by himself & he was doing a hell of a job. Props to Ryan for holding it down & I hope every person who didn't show up gets a write up at the least.
