very disappointed i ordered ahead and it wasn’t ready when i arrive 15 minutes later and told me to come back in 5 minutes and they didn’t even give me what i ordered.

Wings are ok but the veggies included were not fresh. Carrots and celery had spots on them due to age. I went in at noon ....Not a place to hang out....small dining area. Call in and pick up....slow service as well. I took my food home to eat

Extremely Disappointed Customer!!! 05/15/2021 I placed a order at Mr.P’s Houston Levee & was soooooooo very disappointed with my order. I had to deal with attitude, from the cashier & spent $31 in which I received two, five piece wings value pack. The 1st five piece was cold the wings were soft & soggy w/to much sauce, tater tots were cold & crumbled & put into a greasy white bag, The 2nd order was cold and hard, fries ? was put into a greasy white bag, which had oil seeping through both bags. I ordered a side piece of fish for $3, which was old cold & hard, and the reason for being so displeased with the service and food. I normally patronize Mr. P’s other locations. Although every now and then, you may experience a attitude, the food was decent. I choose this order due too convenient but never ever again. I have sometimes looked over attitudes but poor service, and bad food, is a double negative. Thirty One Dollars of food, that had to be deposed of, is truly a disappointment and disservice. Service and food is GOOD! I just ordered a cheeseburger and seasoned fries and could not make it out of the driveway before tasting! This was my first time patronizing and I will definitely come back whenever I’m in town! The young lady that took my order was very professional and mannerable! Did not take but 15 minutes to receive my order!!
Horrible. I ordered boneless wings, I got a whole bunch of fatty chicken. More fat than chicken. Disgusting. Never going again. The lady in there was nice but the quality of the chicken was so bad.

Food is descent, customer service needs a lot of work! The ATTITUDES of the women that work there would make you not want to come back. This isn't all the time, but you shouldn't have to guess if you are going to feel welcomed in an establishment you are about to spend your money with.
