I was having THE WORST day on 2/22 and I stopped here to pick up a bundtlet. The customer service was AMAZING. I walked in with cashier, Lisa, greeting me with a big smile and the manager, Alina, was so helpful. Both of their positive attitudes and kindness made me feel so much better. A little thing can help improve someone's day and they definitely made my day. Working in customer service myself, I like to acknowledge when I get great service so I hope the management teams sees this because those two were simply amazing.

I ordered a cake for my mother in law. The employees and managers were real helpful. Everyone was so nice. The customer service is excellent! She even gave me a special gift because of the snowy weather and me having to be in it because of my job! I walked into so many blessings today. You guys rock! A+++++!

They have the most delicious cakes! I love the variety you can find something for everyone in the family to enjoy. I recently went to a Soccer Banquet and they had small cupcake size Nothing Bundt Cakes. I enjoy everything they have!

Surprisingly good. Bought chocolate and snickerdoodle for an unplanned event and it was a hit. Moist. The cashier was helpful and the service was quick. Store was clean. Can't wait to try the Churro flavor

Perfect location! Very friendly staff and awesome bundt❤️Update I will not be returning. Racism I am not for it AT ALL. Work to hard for my money to spend it with someone who don’t like me because of the color of my skin. Nope! The cake was delicious but never ever at this location will I return.

We walked in to buy a carrot cake for my birthday. The place was not that busy so we assumed it would not take that long to get our cake since the young lady said 15 minutes. Well after almost an hour we decided to go home and wait for a call since they had our phone number. We never got a call so after almost 2 hour we called them to find out our cake is ready. We rushed back to the store with anticipation that we would have a fresh cake since we waited so long. Well we were wrong the cake was still almost frozen solid. What a total waste of our time never will visit this store again.
