Ordered lunch steak fajita to go. When we got back to work which is only 5 minutes away. Bean and rice were cold and Steak was hard and tasted like mold. I called the restaurant, first I was told that we took too long to pick it up. And second that everything was cut fresh that morning and no one else has complained. They did not offer any help. They just lost a few regular customers. The customer service sucks!! Hablo espanol y entiendo todas tus palabras.

Placed order, got home the food was not good at all. Too much salt, the cheese dip was watery and the salsa was as well. I called the restaurant and the older guy answered the call, I was explained that I wasn’t looking for my money back or didn’t want the food replaced. Yet if they want repeat customers then they should make the food better. He said he never had someone to complain about the cheese dip or salsa. Then hung up, I called back and stated the previous statement and I asked does it mean that I am lying about the cheese dip and salsa? Food isn’t good at all! I took 2 bites my food and was done. Yuck! Don’t understand how I was trying to give advice would cause for my complaint to go on deaf ears. Oh well next time I will keep my $45.

I ordered takeout for a meeting I had with 5 of my staff members. The ordering process was very easy and smooth. The food was ready when I was told it would be. All the food was hot and every raved about how good it was. We ordered several different dishes and they were all excellent. I would recommend Rio Azul because the food is always very good, the service, whether orderign takeout or eating in, is excellent. Thank you Rio Azul!
