My grandson and I stopped in for kolaches and donuts. The service was great and the food was great too! I remember Shipley's in Houston and very glad to see them here.Kid-friendliness: The clerk treated my grandson very well as he ordered his own food and paid for it. ?

Older white lady was very rude about the fact I wanted my do nuts warmed up they were very hard and cold when I asked her can she warm them up she rolled her eyes & snatched the bag away from my hands ,& walked off aggressively.

First time trying Shipley Do-Nuts and it was a pretty good experience. I purchased some donut holes for my daughter. They were really good. The place was clean and the staff was friendly.

I visited this establishment yesterday right after lunch. Normally, the display is somewhat neat but this time the donuts were looking rough. My gut told me to leave and I should’ve listened. When I got home the donut's were hard (Like Old) and had a funny taste to them. Ended up trashing them.

Pros- The service was good. The donuts were okay. Cons- The coffee was absolutely terrible and if you take anything from this review, do not get the coffee. I am not sure if the products they used were expired or if it was truly just that bad. I took two sips and still, an hour later, I feel sick. The kolaches were pretty disappointing. The cream cheese roll/donut pastry was also very disappointing and I would not recommend.

Horrible Service, my partner and I drove up to the window to pickup an order. We were met by a middle aged lady with this patch on her face to whom was extremely rude with a condescending tone, she asked if we had seen that speaker behind us, and rudely stated that “we needed to go back around and use it.” We were just picking up, and weren’t given instructions so we honestly didn’t know, plus it was our first time. We went back around and used the speaker, and proceeded to drive back around, when we got back around… she again rudely said “so y’all just not gonna use the speaker” after we had already did. Another employee came out with our order, thank you to that young lady. Customer service should be a top priority, and unfortunately for my visit that ball was dropped. This was a pickup order that we had already paid for, if that wasn’t the case I would have not purchased anything. Very disgusted by her attitude, this was my first time patronizing and will definitely be the last.

Went through the drive through and picked up 2 dozen glazed and a ham and cheese kolache. Drive through moved fairly quickly. Glazed are $13 per dozen and the kolache is $3.25. Glazed were warm and delicious. The kolache is about the size of a hotdog bun with rolled up ham inside. American cheese. The bread is basically an un glazed donut shaped around the ham roll. Would definitely go back next time I need donuts!
