I couldn’t tell you about the food. I’m sure it really good but I won’t know. I ordered a 5 piece wing combo. I waited quite a while for my order. I’m not sure exactly how long I was waiting. I wasn’t expecting to wait very long because it was a small order. Perhaps she was the only one working there because I didn’t see anyone else. Although, I couldn’t wait any longer. I rang the service to bell to get her attention and explained that I was waiting quite a while. She said, “ It’s only been 14 mins ma’am.” Which I thought was pretty unprofessional. She could have just explained her predicament or told me how much longer it would possibly be. Although, I didn’t react distasteful. I just said okay and sat back down. Although, it was the death stare that she gave that caused me to leave once I sat back down. I’ve worked in the food service industry for years so I’m very patient but that was it for me. I understand if you’re overwhelmed but the customers that walk in are also tired, hungry and busy. If I came back and was shown that my business was appreciated I will gladly change my review. Btw no I didn’t ask for my money back. I didn’t want free food just a polite business exchange.

I ordered a 15 piece wing mixed with 10 honey gold & 5 hot. I received 15 hot with no fries. Good thing it was mainly for my granddaughter! Check your order, JSMH!!

Ordered an small garlic parm combo only to receive overcooked wings that had obviously been sitting out all day. Wings were fried very hard and just lazily thrown in some sauce. Horrible food, and I'd never advise anyone to come here. There's never a reason to not provide FRESH food to customers unless you're trying to get people sick on purpose. Just nasty. 0/10Edit: Better customer service skills would be to apologize for my lackluster meal instead of trying to argue with me in your reply. I have no reason to lie about my experience. You were obviously cutting on costs by giving me old chicken, and it shows. Please take the time to order fresh inventory instead of arguing on Google.

It’s never open! The hours open are never accurate and I don’t know how he stays open when they seem to be closed most of the time. It would be nice if they would update the site when they are closing early or not going to open at all…

I went here for the first time yesterday. First of all the customer service was awful. My wings were horrible. I asked and paid for extra ranch which I did not receive. My fries were soggy and drowned in seasoning. I’ll never be back and would never recommend anyone to eat here!

I give this establishment 1 star because they close 1 hour in advance. The man taking orders would not even take my order at 7:00pm. If that is the time you all close please update your business hours.

Ate here on Friday night! The wings were extremely black on the inside and fried extremely hard! Wings seem to be contaminated! Wings smelled like FISH! I’ve been extremely sick since eating here!!! Wings that smell like fish is a sign of contamination! $40 WASTED
