The Germantown Rd. location in Cordova has become inconsistent in how they fix their food. I will not be ordering from that location. These rolls are very dry and hardly have any sauce and when I called to inform them the rep who answered the phone wanted to get smart without even understanding my concern. Not good business.

Best location in town. Clean, quiet, and quick. The food was amazing, and the staff was wonderfully polite and welcoming. They had everything you could need in the takeout bag without having to be asked. Will absolutely be coming back asap. In a city plagued with terrible customer service, they are a breath of fresh air. Thanks, Tokyo Grill. Keep up the good work!
