Took 1 hour to get our food. I had to go to the desk they did not call us when our food was ready, and we were sitting right in front of the cashier, but food wasn't horrible not an hour wait good though.

Weird aftertaste. Not really sure why.The service at the front desk was terrible. I think the girl working the register would have rather been just about anywhere else.No greeting. No thank you. Nothing.The restaurant needed to be swept. Floors were dirty.No napkins at our table.Management seems to be completely absent.

I walked in and waited 6 minutes before someone came to the front and then she was on the phone. She took my order and I waited about 20 minutes before it was ready. I got my order and left. Got to work and the burger was not how I ordered it. A total waste of my lunch.

Normally I love Wayback Burgers in this location. Ms Pakham especially is always very helpful and welcoming. This evening however, she was not here. As I was being rung up, I noticed my item price on the screen from the order did not match the menu board - it was $1.50 more. Rather than doing the logical thing and adjusting the price to the advertised price on the board in the restaurant, the register worker just said “I don’t know, I can take it off if you’d like.” I did like, even as I didn’t like the lack of “oh let me adjust this to match what we ADVERTISED on our own MENU.” This is not cool at all.

Given the past reviews I was a bit iffy about coming. BUT! I'm glad I came. My burger was fricken AMAZING! It was juicy hot and delicious. I know sometimes we have bad experiences but isn't that "life" ? Is EVERYTHING and EVERYONE supposed to be perfect? No! and that includes food sometimes. I whole heartedly enjoyed my burger and onion rings. Thank you to the chef/cook who made my burger. I can't even remember which one I got but it was the "popular" one.I will come back if my gallbladder gives me another go at it.UDATE: See the quick response!? I will be back in a few weeks. I've spread the word at how good these burgers really are.See yall soon.

So, we decided to try the crispy chicken sandwich. It was ok but half of my chicken wasn’t fully cooked. I could tell because when I bit into certain spots it had that weird texture/taste to it. My order of fries were not good at all, they’re always too soft and soggy. The fries never have any kind of crisp to it. Secondly, I order chili cheeses tots and DID NOT GET THEM! THEY GAVE US JUST ANOTHER SIDE OF FRIES! I just don’t understand how this was missed and could have been missed. This is very unacceptable, having to pay $28.49 for less than mediocre food is just not good. You will see in the picture, on the receipt regular chili cheese tots and then you’ll see just another side of fries. Can I get a full refund? Who can truly make this right?

I eat here at least once a week. The burgers are great. My favorites are The Big Easy and Double Bacon Burger. My wife likes the Craft Your Own Double. Fries are excellent. Another favorite is Craft Your Own hot dog. The best thing about the hot dog is it cut down the middle and grilled. Buns are always fresh. Meat is cooked just right. No red in the middle. Love the onion rings too.

Service is Awful/ took money, time, and didn't receive food. In the wrong location for the service provided. Young lady thought it was funny and laughed in our face - canceled about 5 patrons orders while we were standing outside. Door hours said 9:30 but stopped service before than. The cook stated I needed to place order before 9 which us what I did but also allow time for it to cook. They gave me a fake name and number of Parham 9013474941 , she said her name was Taylor which is probably a fake name as well. Need to close....
This location is reopened under new management and new owners! Be sure to stop by and give them a try! I went in and they were great and friendly. You order at the counter and they will bring your food out to you at your table wherever you choose to seat. You can also order to go. The food was hot and fresh. The milkshakes are made fresh to order and they are amazing! My daughter and I both ordered a cheesesteak and they are huge! You can add any toppings you want. We also ordered a kids meal for my nephew and he enjoyed it as well. We can't wait to go back and try the burgers! I will update my review when I do!

The service was great but that was the most bland burger I have ever had. I can't believe how much I spent on just one bland burger. Then I had to order fries and the drink separately. I figured you can't mess up a simple cheese burger and I found out you could. The establishment looks really nice on the inside and it's very clean. It doesn't smell like food was being cooked there and you could tell that they don't use seasoning. Usually the aroma from a good seasoned burger would be in the air but it was not a lick of scent in the air. I knew it was kind of odd that I couldn't smell or hear the food cooking and I have a very sensitive nose and ears. Also, I added mayo to the burger because they barely put any sauce on it. The Cajun tots had cajun on them but the salt was messing lol. Also, the cooks need to where hairnets because there was a hair in my dad food. I will not be back for sure! I'm still in shock on how much I spent on bland food and food with hair in it!
