Well let me start with a good comment. Food was good. As far as the service, we ordered on the app, showed up when the app noted, and then waited for 58 minutes. We were told that they were very busy even though they only had 3 tables occupied when we arrived. Then we were told if we only had called, they would have let us know of the wait, which I tried 3 times, while I was waiting, with no answer. The food is awesome. The service sucks. It is obvious people do not like their job and does not want to be there. If it wasn't for the food I'm not sure I'd give it a 3 ⭐. Hope their service gets better.

Our waitress was so nice and friendly and she made sure we were taken care of and our food came out correctly. My daughter's loved their "cupcake" pancakes. My meal was alright, although the sirloin tips were chewy and overcooked and the eggs were unseasonably. However the great service made up for the taste in food and my kids enjoyed it.
