Ordered through the drive-thru. Ordered two gyros, no lettuce and no tomato. Order was read back to me correctly. When we got home we could see where they removed the lettuce and tomato, along with the onions and sauce. I realize this is a minimum wage job, but people take no pride in their work. Upon leaving, after returning the food, the employee’s were laughing. That’s ok. Im sure your paycheck reflects your attitudes.

i ordered a large milkshake and i was told the ice cream machine ain’t working but this wasn’t the first time so i asked for a dr pepper no more dr pepper they said then i asked for sprite i get home and it has no taste i feel like every time i go here it’s never pleasing. i work at a fast food restaurant and i know how it is and it should not be like this just makes me think it just pure laziness these days

I went through and waited more than 10 minutes for basically nothing. My fiancés food seems to have been correct but I ordered a roast beef sandwich and are Auju sauce but no sauce I ordered curly fries and basically got half curly and half crinkle we also got a drink but no straw. This is a bit ridiculous because when I look on the receipt they didn’t even ring up my sauce and I’m don’t eat the sandwich without sauce nor can I prove I ordered it. So thank you for pissing off a 9 month pregnant woman and she also no longer has dinner thanks

Ruben was served cold! Yuk! Curly fries were good and the Mint shake was pretty good too. Could you please not refrigerate the lobby!! Does it need to be 50° in the lobby when it's 63°out? The French dip sandwich bread was soggy from steam when it was wrapped. The chicken salad sandwiches are not back on the menu till spring they said. The turnovers were marked so you could distinguish the apple from cherry but they were not fresh and the icing was smashed and stuck to the wrappers so it all came off when they were unwrapped. Not the same good food they serve at other Arby's. Seems rushed.Parking: Be careful pulling in the driveway as 2 of the 3 entrances have huge potholes where they were doing construction on the side street.
These people close early, act like they don't want to be there, but the food is good and correct.

Didn't order food. Just had to use the restrooms. Very nice and clean restrooms. Lots of flat, clean surfaces so I didn't have to use the baby changing station this time. Will come here often!!!

I've been to many Arby's, this is the first time my roast beef sandwich was served at room temperature instead of heated. Curly fries nice and fresh. Sweet tea was good but all the fountain drinks seem to be watered down. Watered down fountain drink seems to be the norm nowadays and fast food restaurants.Those drinks should taste the same as a 20oz from the grocery store. That's a pet peeve of mine.
