I tried the fried catchfish with fries. The portions were huge but with one piece of fish, I tried the lemon pepper seasoning. The lemon pepper was to salty and while the original seasoning had a good flavor. I wish that it had less batter on it. The cashier was very nice and she offerred me a free refill on their lemonade and she took time to explain the menu.

The phone # on reciept/website went straight to fax so couldn't explain to any1. When I went back to the location, they told me I was lying because my receipt didn't match what I had in my bag!!

I was at the drive thru window, and I ordered some Krystal’s and fries. When I get to the window and pay I ask for salt. When I got the food I checked the bag and the salt was not there. I asked the lady for salt and she had a rude tone saying that it was in the bag when clearly it wasn’t. She slammed the window and I tapped on it asking for salt once again. I received one packet, and she proceeded to slam the window again. I tapped again wanting more, and this young lady opened it and questioned what was wrong in a concerned nice tone. I asked for more salt and she gladly gave it to me. The first woman was very rude, and something needs to be said.

My husband and I went by yesterday and this store has totally been turned around clean friendly fast two ladies serving at the counter were super friendly the food was fast and
Went there around 8:30, all employees and friends standing around outside socializing, was told by one of them that dining room was closed, nothing posted about when the dining room closes even though restaurant is open 24 hours. Was told we could go through the drive thru if we wanted food. We left, certainly didn't want to eat somewhere that all the employees stand around outside and socialize instead of serving customers. We live in North Carolina and Krystals are always a treat when visiting in an area where one is available but we certainly will not be visiting this one again!!!!!!!!!
