This is the second disappointing sub we have had from the Xville chain in general. One from N. Main the second from here. Both times were online orders. I think I am figuring out the problem. The subs are prepared by kids. If one orders online there is no customer watching over them plus they know in advance if you tipped them. As a result they take little pride in their work.. On both occasions there was little or no ingredients in the sub......like they did not even read the online order thoroughly.

Spicy Exploring
This is the tiniest and cutes subway I have ever saw! No public restrooms but the employees make up for everything and its the best quality subway I have ever eaten. Give them a try but don't blink you will pass it up!

At 1 time, I really enjoyed Subway but now you gotta ask for extra part, you gotta pay for extra part. You guys never get exactly what you want, and some of the tomatoes and vit also might have some Oh well really disappointment

I was curious about this little Subway. Tucked into a shop so small it makes postage stamps look big, this little shop has everything but a public bathrooms and anywhere to sit. All the same food that you would find anywhere else (although it seems the chain as a whole has stopped carrying my favorite chips...) But the service was so friendly and thoughtfull, maybe I caught them on a good day or maybe it was my smile and happy nature, but they were lovely either way.

Dirty. But the kid who waited on us was nice. The glass windows and door was gross looking.
The Sandwiches are great. I hear they will begin slicing the meat per order. To make a sandwich is already slow. It's the nature of the process. To add slicing is going to make it even slower

Love subway sandwiches. Always hits the spot. Had the meatballs and extra sauce.Friendly staff always a smile.
Wow, there were 2 young women working when we visited. One was quiet and worked diligently to finish orders. The other woman talked loudly the whole time. There was a bit of a wait with 6 customers ahead of us. The loud one told us to make a line out the door which allowed bugs to fly in to the food establishment. She also spent a lot of time complaining about her job: the number of sandwiches they had made that day, not enough help, food they had run out of, just to name a few things. She also was telling all the customers how much money the store had made each day since opening. She never offered my receipt to me and never apologized when I asked for it. I told her she never asked if I wanted it before she threw it out. Then said she couldn't get it because she was making a sandwich. Her colleague graciously printed a copy of my receipt. Much of the time she talked she wasn't doing anything, just talking. BTW, the black woman was the diligent one. The loud one was the white gal. We are not sure we will return.

Let me just say I'm not happy. Rude rude employees! Lisa was extremely rude to me when I came in to order a sandwich I get regularly. I will NOT be back. Even upcharged me for extra cheese that I didn't ask for then when I asked to have it toasted she asked me have you ever ate here before we don't toast anything
