Steak tacos. I ordered three and thought they were small but they are full of steak and I was stuffed in the end. Steak was so flavorful, it really doesn't need anything else but I do love the mild green salsa with them. Definitely a new favorite, they are very friendly and nice too!
Came to the Amp to eat tacos and heat music. They weren't set up until after 6:40, not 6 as advertised. Took forever in line to get served.

We love Taco Guadalajara! We did a pre order of pork and chicken Tamales tonight, they were amazing. We liked the pork tamales just a bit more but both were delicious! They have THE BEST rice I've had anywhere.
