While the food was good, I had them cater my wedding. I ordered and paid for 115 people. They admitted to only deliver for 90 people and refuse to refund the difference for the cost of what was not delivered. They did refund for 10 people but owe for an additional 15.

When my husband and I first moved to Fairfield Glad we ate at Willow Cafe & Catering every day while we renovated our house. There was never a bad meal, we loved every bite! I highly recommend this place! I give it 5 stars!

By far our favorite lunch spot in Crossville. The quality of the food is consistently great and the photos they post do not lie. The food comes out looking and tasting as good as the photos make it look.We've eaten at events they've catered as well and it just doesn't get any better!

This is a great little place to eat with great service and fair prices. The food was delicious. I had a pulled pork sandwich and Mac and cheese and it was delicious ?. Oh and the peanut butter pie is good too ?

Went here yesterday to find place closed. Annoying, as they decided to close up unannounced to do a catering gig. I realize it comes down to $, but when one advertises to have an open Cafe, one should honor that.

The only bad thing I have to say about Willow's is the closures for their catering business, oh and I wish they were open for dinner. I've always picked up food to go from here and typically get the BBQ platter with potato salad and baked beans. They have the best BBQ, the sauce is to die for and their dill potato salad is the best I've ever had. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Willow's is my favorite place to eat in Crossville!!
