My sister Mona and I had breakfast there. It was great! I had biscuits & gravy with bacon, sausage, and hash browns. Mona had pancakes with sausage. We were ready to start our day after a meal like that.

Me and my mom ordered the cubed steak ( we thought it was fried) and got 3 sides with the drink, and I asked my mom if it tasted weird or if it was me! It literally tasted like cat food out of a can, and even smelled like it. The sides were the only good thing about this whole

This place is awesome! Stopped on our way to Asheville and had an awesome breakfast. Still good for lunch. Had the club was great! Had a patty melt and was pleasantly surprised.

We love Owens. It had been a while since we had eaten there, but a few days ago we were able to stop in. The food was just delicious. Better even than I remembered. The best part of Owen’s,though, is the service, especially the staff that have worked there for years. They treat you like family and provide really top notch service. If you love home cooking and a friendly atmosphere, you’ll love Owen’s, too!

The waitress with glass medium length hair was rude and unpleasant. I guess taking kids inside the restaurant and they cry because they are tired means you need to get up and leave! My wife, daughter (3) and mother in law went to eat lunch at the establishment, my daughter, which was tired started crying and was then asked " are you done and ready to leave". What a joke!! Do not eat her and support this business! If it wasn't for people like local people coming to eat here, how would you stay in buisness????
