The pulled pork bbq cheeseburger was awful. The pork was cold, like they just took it out of the refrigerator! The hamburger meat tasted like it was several days old. The French fries were cold and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Yuck! We had this same meal in TX last week which was so yummy, so we tried it close to home. We will not be ordering this again from this Sonic in Dandridge!

This will be my last time here. Ordered 6 quarter pound double cheeseburgers and all was burned crispy and cold and cheese not even melted. Cheese tots was ok and warm. Chili cheese tots barley any cheese with blob of chili in middle. Wait time was outrageous with only 1 car in front of me and still get burned food. Always a problem here so will just have to stop going. Very disappointing.

Love this song the staff there are always so very friendly and never get my order wrong and very fast and friendly service. Always have great deals going on.
I attempted to order the Buffalo Cheltenham dippers. The girl kept telling me they didn't have Buffalo sauce. When I tried explaining I didn't want the sauce I wanted the advertised dippers she got hateful with me. So I just ordered something else. When the hop came, I all of that had the dippers and was told yes they did. Then they took my card inside to pay...I saw the hop take several other orders o out below coming to me and telling me they thought my card wasn't working. That it wasn't there system. I all for the manager and magically when she ran it, it worked. Horrible customer service experience. Took me over 36 minutes to get cheese tots and pickle fries.... Not even what I wanted!

"Buffalo Chicken Dip Bites" :I'm regards to the highly advertised "Buffalo Chicken Dip Bites"my opinion is this → these "Bites" are incredibly over hyped and in my easy-to-understand review and opinion is that they suck!!!They are merely Ravioli stuffed with a not so great, Buffalo Chicken dip.now... to my restaurant review:i eat here quiet often...Everytime i stop by this location(In Dandridge, TN, in the Food City parking lot)It's always rock and rolling, it's always packed and they are always on top of it.But, Somehow, there is (almost always) room for another car, if y'know what i mean... And if not... just hit the drive thru. then you can park in the HUGE Food City parking lot and eat.. problem solved.The staff are awesome and seem to take great care of this place!*Clean parking lot?*YES!*Clean building?YES!Clean (& speedy) drive thru?YES!While it is somewhat uncommon at MOST Sonic drive-ins...EVERYTIME, so far, that i've been here, and used it, the Restroom is clean... like... CLEAN, CLEAN!!!BUT.. it's still a drive in... but...They also have table seating out front, if that's your thing ... 3 or 4 tables, under a roof / awning.I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!
