Went in with my teenagers. Servers where arguing about money, calling the woman lazy, arguing about tires, and whose doing the dishes. Absolutely deploable service when customers are present.

This Subway generally has good food. The staff, depending on who is there can be a good or bad experience, some having very poor attitudes. I Recently had an order for 6 subs, and I was told that the order was considered a platter for which I needed to call ahead. I wasn't aware of that rule and didn't see it posted in the store. It may have been more understandable if they were busy, but no one was in line when I ordered, and no one was in line when I left. The employee did the order; however, she was mad and throwing the food around causing the other employee to throw some of the food away. We still left an undeserved tip in the jar.

Pulled up and female worker was sitting outside smoking, but got up when we pulled up and went in. When we walked in a male worker was sitting at one of the tables on his phone. He told us "she will be out to help you in a minute". After a few minutes he got up to come help us. She came out of the bathroom a few minutes after that. He started my husbands sub which was supposed to have meat balls, pepperoni, and 3 types of cheeses. Guy put meatballs and 2 cheeses then put in toaster. Then said "I forgot your pepperoni and mozzarella. You want me to put it on there and toast it again". He did my tuna sub while I was paying the female employee. Left, got to our destinatio, opened sub, no tuna at all in the tuna sub. Packed it back up and took it back. Again, woman outside smoking, man sitting at a table on his phone. My husband told her there was no tuna on it and she said "Well, I'm not bout to remake it!" She spooned some tuna into a small plastic cup and handed it to my husband. No lid for it, just an open cup of tuna. Subway has become was to overpriced for mediocre food and rude, lazy service!!

As always doesn't look like much from the outside but the staff always very polite and they make a damn good sub for a little store thumbs ? guys keep being nice to folks that is truly the key to success in this not so friendly world we seem to be living in lately!
