I was overcharged. The employee called the manager who confirmed the over charge. A meatball sub is advertised as $8.19 - they wanted to charge me $12.45. They didn’t tell me there was an up charge for mozzarella cheese - so that was Another $4.00 ($1.00 per slice) on each sub. Be careful if you go to this subway. Water all over the floor and overcharges. I went to the subway at the other end of Dayton and was told about the upcharge for mozzarella and I was charged $8.19 for each sub. So $10.00 less for the identical order!!

I got a footlong tuna chips and drink. My bread was hard. The lettuce was old and slimey. And the tuna did not taste good at all. I think it was new tuna mixed with old tuna. I barely ate half of it . I threw the other half into the garbage at work. I normally go to the Subway that's next door to Advance auto store. But I figured I would try the other Subway since it's close to my job at La-z-boy. Omg that was a mistake. There was nothing pleasant about my visit. Also the store's flooring had crumbs in different areas of the dining area. They was out of stock on several different 16oz sodas they sell . I had to get a Dasani water. I was really shocked about my food and the whole visit. I don't know who needs to hear this.... But Subway,.. in my opinion, y'all need to have a crew not just 1-2 employees per shift. How can 1-2 employees take orders, make orders, do prep, check on dining room , check on bathrooms... Do trash... The list goes on

Everytime i do a mobile order at ONLY this subway i always ask for my bread to not be toasted or heated and they ALWAYS toast the bread. Please learn to read or do better! Thanks!

Where do I begin??? The girl that waited on me was nice enough, but didn't know what she was doing. I asked for Italian bread and she pulled out white bread, I then told her that wasn't Italian bread, and then the other woman there said "yes that's what we use for Italian bread". I again asserted "that is not Italian bread, the other Subway restaurants have Italian bread. That is white bread." The woman then proceeded to say "oh we have Italian Urban Cheese bread" and I said " well that will be fine". The young girl then asked what I wanted on my sandwich and I told her I wanted a number 8 and she stared at me blankly, again asking what I wanted on my sandwich. I told her I wanted what came on the number 8 and then, since she didn't seem to know what came on the #8, I pointed up at the screen, which clearly showed what came on the sandwich and I just finally told her what came on the sandwich. If Subway is going to have specific sandwiches that you can order, then they need to train their employees to learn what comes on those sandwiches. The girl was sloppy when making the sandwich. It has rotisserie style chicken on it and two pieces of chicken fell off the sandwich and were not replaced. She didn't watch what she was doing, she put jalapenos on one end of the footlong but only put three or four jalapenos on the other end. She was grabbing stuff up with both hands and trying to put the food on two footlongs at the same time, it just made the sandwiches messy. I spent $47.11 on this meal and it wasn't worth it.
