Order 2 large fries and a double cheeseburger. 1 vehicle in front of me and 1 behind me. Was told to wait in spot number 2. 15 minutes later I walk in and inquire about my food. I get to large fries that are old and a thrown together double cheeseburger half cold. Also, for my trouble, a pastry. Absolutely no reason at all for this kind of service.

Management is awful waited in drivethru pull up for over 30 mins on 1 and i mean only 1 chicken sandwhich was ordered so i had to go inside cause no-one brought food out.

This is absolutely one of the best McDonald's in the country for customer service and atmosphere. Their employees are the nicest people and seem to genuinely care about their customers. Very rare these days. I live elsewhere, but anytime I'm nearby I go out of my way to eat here. It's so worth it.
normally I do orders through curbside but it was early in the morning and had been raining so I went through the drive thru to be considerate to the workers but honestly, why? Could hardly hear the lady on the speaker but once we finally have the understand that I placed a mobile order she tells me to pull around. Okay. Cool. Nah, there was a manager at the second window tapping on her phone who wanted to be rude about me not stopping at the first window. I get it, I do, but is attuide really necessary? Call corporate about fixing your speakers while you're on your phone if it bugs you that bad. I wish being a cop about windows was my greatest struggle in life cause the way she was bent outta shape about it you'd think they'd fire her for it and it's the reason her family doesn't call.
