Waitress took for ever don't want to hear about short staff . The Waitress next to us had equal amount of people and she was able to get her customers waited on and drinks... cleared her tables as well... she might need to rethink her skilled job and yes I have worked in customer service.

Food portions seem to be getting smaller as the amount of sugar dumped into the vegetable sides increases. You could squeeze syrup out of the carrots, and the slaw is like cabbage candy.Vegetarian options: Be prepared for a sugar fest if you get most vegetables.

Alan R. Was a great host. Our kids absolutely adored him, and his manners were excellent ( yes sir, yes ma’am) and made sure we properly seated and taken care of. Melisa was also a great server. We highly recommend this Cracker Barrel one of the best so far!!!Kid-friendliness: This was are first time and, Alan was excellent with the kids they cannot wait to go again! We will be back!!

Cracker Barrel is always crowded! We were seated quickly, but had a 45 min. wait for our food. Our waitor was very apologetic the entire time, but we were ok. The food and service were worth the wait. Oh by the way, I looked around the store while I waited on my food and had so much fun browsing/shopping!?Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is family friendly, all ages! There was a 2 year old throwing a tantrum and everyone around, at least 5-10 customers/2 waitresses, tried to help out with patience and understanding! ?
