Ice cream cake did not disappoint but the staff members were very short and didn't have time to answer questions or offer to add anything personal to the cake. Will use DQ in columbia from now on.

I am very disappointed with DQ. I will not be ordering there again. To start I ordered from door dash and it wouldn't allow me to pay for extra sauces so I asked my Dasher to get me extra sauces and they told her no so I called the store only for them to be very very rude and fight over giving me the extra sauce. Then when my order finally arrives the chicken I ordered was cold and the burgers I had gotten were over cooked. And to top it off they gave me one sauce. Well I hope y'all enjoyed the $70 I spent because this business will never see another penny from me. I work fast food and I am very patient and understanding but it's just crazy how customers can be treated now a days.

The building SERIOUSLY needs to be updated... things are falling down or off the structure itself.The work areas for the employees are VERY SMALL & they literally trip all over each other trying to fill orders.It's sad how this location's employees are expected to operate efficiently daily in such an inadequate workplace atmosphere.

I ordered two peanut butter parfaits. The problem is...I'm not crazy about getting ripped off when I order food. But this place sure did rip me off.If you want ice milk instead of ice cream, you came to the right place. I know ice milk is cheaper for the owner to buy, but at the expense of the customer. Ice milk is not a substitute for real ice cream.You need to state on your menu that you are using ice milk.

The food was old, cold and uncooked (pink)!! Disgusting! I spent $80 to feed six people and it was all gross! Do better..!!!!!
