I wish I could give a minus zero, by far THE WORST food and customer service in Tennessee! Ordered a pot pie at the drive thru, the guy that took the order said the price was $6. And change. When I got to the window, the cashier reached out the window for my card swiped my card and told me to pull up to wait for my order because my biscuits weren't done. I asked him when they started including biscuits with the pot pies? He said "oh I'm going to need your card again I charged you the wrong price" $46. For a pot pie! He had charged me for someone else's order! I asked to see the manager she reluctantly came to the window and blamed me for his mistake! First she told me that he told me what the price was BEFORE he charged my card so I should have known it wasn't my order (he didn't) I told her he never said a price he just held his hand out for the card, she told me SHE trained him right and he DID tell me a price and he doesn't make mistakes! Totally insinuating I was lying...after I left and called corporate (which by the way was useless) I decided to eat the pot pie, halfway through I bit down on something and cut my gums. There was bones in my potpie! I did finally get credited to my debit card several days later....never will I go there again!

Placed the order at 7:56pm for pick up at 8:30pm. They didn’t even start the order until 8:40pm because they didn’t know if we wanted the original recipe instead of the extra crispy we ordered. We then had to wait another 25 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable

Went at 11:00 am right after opening and 5 tables had not been cleaned, telling me it was left over from the night before. The floor was dirty! We found bones in our chicken pot pie, no ice in the dining room, the Pepsi was flat! The black gentleman who took our order was great and I gave him a tip ! Lots of laughs in the kitchen so someone could have been cleaning the dining room

2 1/2 pieces of chicken came in my meal, not 3, as you can see in the picture. The Mac & cheese looked and tasted like it had been sitting out a while. Same with mashed potatoes & gravy. Drive through worker was pleasant, but the food was not. That is what my $15 bought. I will not be going here again.

We went to the drive-thru but everything was nice and clean. We first pulled in the parking lot I needed to do some navigation for our next stop. So we got a chance to look inside. It looks very clean. The food is awesome at KFC but we can't come here very often. Eight pieces of chicken meal is $30! That is a lot of money.
Best KFC I ever had. Staff was friendly. They don't charge extra for the pieces you want. You get your choice for the price shown and senior discounts are available. Very clean place.

Worst take out experience ever. Placed my order at 5:40. I received a message at 5:55 saying it was ready. After waiting 20 more minutes in the store I got my order. No apologies.. They told me I couldn't speak with a manager. Keep in mind this was Friday at dinner time. I got the same excuse that my daughter-in-law received in Maine when she tried to place an order on Friday night. Four people just came through and everyone ordered a 16 piece chicken. Evidently corporate tells them to say that. I will not be back. PS they were only three workers in the store and out of those only one was working. The other two were standing there with their arms folded. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me my money and they said they couldn't do that. I think they were to stupid to figure it out

Ordered 16piece 4sides order. One person ahead of me. Looks as if short staffed. The gal took my order of half and half on chicken she did say it will b just a few extra minutes on the e tra crispy I said ok. A friend Ordered bucket of chicken with 3 sides original. After about 10 minute they tell me my order was ready grabbed it brought back to table upon checking the order it was my friends order. So we sat and waited and waited and waited. After almost 20 min I go up to counter where there was no employees or customers I look at the gal in drive-thru who looked possibly like the manager. She said hold on a moment. I waited for her to take care of 3 orders still no one came up front finally I had to say excuse me but where is my order she ignored me so patiently I said again where's my order she said we had to cook the chicken. I said yes I was told a few minutes by now 1/2hr later and other people getting orders. Not happy she finally got brought my order out after I had to wait 10 more minutes. For the $50 plus bill could have been quicker to cook at home.
