Tried to get a pizza and was told after 8, everything is made to order, so we tried to order and was cut off quick like saying it would be 45 minutes and they still have an hour and a half before closing, 45 minutes to make a pizza, right. Definitely not the best place and service was terrible from the lady at the window.

We used to eat here a lot. Service, food, and cleanliness have gone downhill big time. The final straw was when the manager on duty came to the window to talk to me. He and the woman at the window were very unclean. I get it. You work in a restaurant, but this was beyond normal. As he and I were talking, saliva dripped from his mouth, and it didn't even phase him. GROSS!! Not again.

The staff and service at this location is phenomenal. However, I did notice on my last visit that most of the items that were being ordered had already been baked and placed in warmers. I prefer to Wait for the Bake for the Sake of my Pizza, Pizza & Crazy Bread.

Ordered a big order online for my son's birthday party and my husband went and got it and came back with only half of the order. The store told me they couldn't do anything about it since it was an online order. Can't get ahold of anyone in customer service to get a refund. I am furious!!! Will not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible 1st experience with them.
