This was the second McDonald's we stopped at in a drive thru today. The first one being in Nashville. The associate at the intercom was rude so we did not even place an order, we just left. But the McDonald's in Dickson at this location of 2798 hwy 48 the associates name was Haylie. She was very polite & nice, She was even smiling. That is how Customer service is suppose to be. Somebody give that young lady a raise.

This mcds at the loves on 40 in Centerville (or is it Dickson...) TN is great. Always hot fresh food, always happy workers. It's why I stop there specifically. I don't eat much McDonald's at all, but this one is worth it.
Placed a breakfast order with a few min to spare and the manager says they are no longer serving breakfast just as I had paid. Then proceeds to say they don’t have items ordered and instead of allowing another option just says to refund whole order!!!!! The timid lady claiming to be a manager states I have to do what I’m told. So there’s no accommodation to the customer that just paid you money I would have taken a cheeseburger!!!! Tried to talk to her about it and she just shrugged it off!!! This McDonalds is a circus and the people they have working are the clowns!
