Always loved O’charleys and was very disappointed when the ones in our area shut down. Pulled off interstate at Dickson, TN location and was so excited to see an O’Charley’s. Sadly that’s where the excitement ended. I went to restroom and had husband order me the California Chicken salad. When order arrived it was the Chicken Tender salad. told waitress it was not what had been ordered but she said that’s what he had ordered. She made no effort to correct the order, so went ahead and settled for it. This salad was so disappointing! The chicken was decent, but I didn’t eat but a few bites of salad because it was a prepackaged salad mix, nothing fresh or appetizing, and cost $13.99! My husband’s meal was tasteless with green beans straight from a can and a country smothered steak which was a hamburger steak smothered in a canned gravy. Again, not fresh or appetizing. When complained to waitress, we were just told “sorry”. Only reason I’m giving this meal two stars is because the rolls were still good. O’charley’s, what happened??? Your quality has gone to the birds! At this rate, I don’t see any of your restaurants staying around much longer.

Our food was not the best. Dry, barely warm and bland. We were hungry after a day of traveling so accepted for the sake of not waiting 30 more minutes ? unfortunately the bar service, while friendly. was incredibly slow even though the restaurant was not busy.

The waitress that we had was rude as soon as she got to our table. She said what can I get y'all to drink. In a tone that you know was rude. When she came back to the table she said what do y'all want to eat. We explained to her we are not ready. She rolled her eyes and said whatever. We were finally ready. She ignored us for 8 minutes and 36 seconds. She cleaned a table next to us. She talked to another waiter, he came by and gave me a creepy look. People I was with looked at me and said what was that about. I said I didn't know. I didn't even know this creep. I know the waitress talked to the waiter right before he came by and gave me a creepy look. Then we finally ordered. The steak that someone ordered was not what they asked for. It is supposed to be medium it came to them well done. She got upset about that. We all finished our food and the person with the steak that got sent back never got until we were all finished. She gave us the check and I said what about his steak. She just walked away. She came back with it and it was cold. This place has gone down hill. I used to go there instead there is a steak place right next door. The only reason we went here was no waiting list. And NO I did not tip the waitress. I always tip and when I tip I do between 20-25%. Now if it is awesome service then I will do 30%. That night she could have gone home with 30.00 extra in her pocket. But I see how management do things. And they don't care. Customer service has gone down, as well with the food. I know next time I will wait on a waiting list then go back to this company.Parking: I just know that they have a lot of empty parking spaces.
