Waffle House is always a busy place but normally has amazing service, especially with coffee refills. Not this time! We waited about 20 minutes to be seated, had our order taken, got our coffee and before we got our food the coffee was gone. And Noone came back after giving us our meal. Not even to bring us our ticket. Erica the girl who took our order was amazing. But it was everyone else who really just sucked. Attitudes weren't welcoming at all.
The food was fine but while we were eating a big roach crawled across the table, I killed it with a napkin but still eek...I am 50 years old and never had anything like that happen before !
